Webflow Developer

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our expanding Digital Growth team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with SEO, content, and analytics professionals to transform concepts and designs into fast, accessible, and search-optimized web experiences. Your expertise will contribute to building and enhancing our website, ensuring it meets high standards of performance and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain responsive web pages using Webflow.
- Manage CMS collections, templates, and oversee content publishing processes.
- Enhance site performance, accessibility, and strengthen technical SEO foundations.
- Implement forms, tracking mechanisms, and integrate third-party tools as needed.
- Work collaboratively with SEO and content teams to develop landing pages and improve site functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing of changes across multiple devices and browsers prior to launch.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in building and maintaining websites using Webflow.
- A portfolio showcasing live sites or pages you have personally developed or managed.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and Webflow CMS capabilities.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to support customization and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO, web analytics, and site performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a detail-oriented approach to work.

Location and Employment Details
This position is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role is offered on a contractual basis. The monthly salary ranges from PKR 150,000 to PKR 175,000, depending on experience.
