Wyne Technologies is a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in website development, search, and paid media management. As the company increasingly integrates AI to automate repetitive tasks, we are seeking a skilled developer who can navigate both traditional, complex website environments and the automated workflows we are building for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the health of live websites built on WordPress, Elementor, Bricks, and Webflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, including urgent fixes when necessary.
- Develop new pages, publish content, and implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Install and verify tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, pixels, and call tracking, ensuring accurate data collection.
- Migrate websites to Webflow while preserving search rankings through careful management of redirects, metadata, and schema.
- Design and build AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive aspects of your work, reducing manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- Three to six years of professional experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing environment; recent graduates are not suitable. Practical experience with older page builders is essential, as it reflects hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in Webflow, including CMS collections, components, and establishing scalable design systems rather than ad hoc styling.
- Solid expertise in WordPress, Elementor, and Bricks, with a deep understanding necessary to effectively migrate sites from these platforms.
- Demonstrated experience using AI as an active tool or worker, having built automated processes that operate independently without constant supervision.
- A methodical approach to work, prioritizing planning and checklists before execution.
- Excellent written English communication skills, as collaboration will be primarily with a North American team.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Work hours are from 4 PM to midnight Pakistan time, Monday through Friday, aligning with North American morning and early afternoon hours. Candidates must be comfortable with this evening shift schedule to ensure effective support and collaboration.
- The role offers the opportunity to be part of a genuine team rather than handling isolated tickets.
- Work involves modernization and innovation rather than maintaining legacy systems indefinitely.
- Employees have the unique chance to develop automated solutions that improve their own workflows, reducing repetitive manual tasks over time.
Applicants are required to submit a CV along with written responses to the following questions. Applications without answers will not be considered:
1. Describe one task you previously performed manually that you have since automated. What did you build, and how does it function independently now?
2. When an AI agent or script is set to modify a live client website, what safeguards do you implement to prevent errors from affecting the client?
3. If a WordPress site displays a white screen, what steps do you take in the first fifteen minutes to diagnose and resolve the issue?
This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in both hands-on troubleshooting and forward-thinking automation, eager to contribute to a growing digital marketing agency focused on innovation.
