Key Responsibilities
The Webinar Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing webinars that highlight OneUpAI’s products, capabilities, and thought leadership. This full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi involves managing the entire webinar lifecycle, including selecting topics, scheduling sessions, coordinating with speakers, and setting up the webinar platform. The role requires creating engaging webinar content such as scripts, slide decks, and promotional materials. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to boost attendance and audience engagement.

During live sessions, the Webinar Specialist will host or moderate, manage audience Q&A, monitor technical performance, and ensure smooth delivery. Daily tasks also include analyzing webinar metrics, gathering participant feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance lead generation, customer education, and brand visibility.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in hosting or moderating live webinars.
- Proven experience in planning and executing virtual events or webinars, including managing logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with webinar and video-conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, along with basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to develop clear and engaging content, including scripts, slide decks, and promotional copy tailored to diverse audiences.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Comfortable working with data to track attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics, and to generate performance reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside product, marketing, and sales teams in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Genuine interest in AI-driven products and a willingness to learn about OneUpAI’s solutions to effectively communicate their value to audiences.
