A New Startup company is looking for an experienced remote Mobile App UI/UX Designer with considerable project management experience to spearhead the design and development of Android and iOS apps.
The designer will be responsible to follow a hands-on development approach across the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post-launch support.
He will be responsible for developing the prototype, designing an intuitive UX, and finally preparing a modern UI of the app.
He will also coordinate with external stakeholders in spearheading project management efforts and timely delivery of respective milestones.
Responsibilities
Work as a lead iOS/Android UI/UX designer to conceptualize, build, test, and realize products.
Coordinate with back end developers to build compelling user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX).
Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional User Experiences.
Deliver across the entire app life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.
Work with product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile development.
Work with web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps.
Optimize performance for the apps. Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies.
Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Role Specific Skills
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of native application development would be a plus
Working understanding of the native mobile application development cycle
Solid understanding of mobile development best practices
