Website Content & Quality Control Executive

Zetech Solutions, based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is looking for a detail-oriented Website Content & Quality Control Executive to join their team full-time on-site. The role involves reviewing CMS-based websites to ensure they fully comply with client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a good understanding of website functionality to spot errors and work closely with developers to resolve them. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a monthly salary range of PKR 40,000 to 50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of newly developed websites before final delivery to clients.
- Verify website content against client specifications, including text, images, headings, menus, buttons, forms, links, and contact information.
- Evaluate website structure and overall presentation to identify inconsistencies or errors.
- Review client feedback and ensure all requested revisions are accurately implemented.
- Detect issues related to spelling, content accuracy, formatting, layout, and website implementation.
- Confirm that CMS-administered content is correctly entered and displayed.
- Clearly communicate identified errors and required updates to web developers.
- Follow up with developers on corrections and outstanding tasks, then re-check websites after updates.
- Maintain a detailed checklist of required changes and completed items to track progress effectively.
- Ensure all client revisions are addressed before final approval.
- Perform a thorough final review before website delivery to clients.
- Keep management informed about project status, pending revisions, and completion milestones.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience working with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
- Solid understanding of website development processes and CMS-based website management.
- Previous experience in website quality assurance, content management, web support, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in written English with the ability to identify errors effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear communication skills to articulate website issues to technical team members.
- Ability to work independently with a responsible and task-oriented approach.
