Job Description

We are looking for an experienced customer care representative having strong digital marketing knowledge and experience.

Ideal candidate should have reasonable telesales/customer care experience in USA/Canadian based call centers or preferably telesales for online marketing companies.

Job description involves assisting clients online with their queries, updating clients over phone and via emails, responding to client’s calls and emails etc.

Interested candidates should have

  • Excellent Communication and writing skills in English.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM and SMM).
  • Highly dependable and responsible.
  • Punctual and hardworking.

Shift Timing: 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM, Monday to Friday
