We are hiring a Data Entry / Validation Officer to support our team in maintaining clean, error-free, and validated data across our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of customer and internal records and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced call center environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry software
- Strong typing speed with minimal errors
- Ability to spot inconsistencies and correct data promptly
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, review, and validate customer and operational data into internal systems
- Cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidential records and data security protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports
- Support data entry team with data handling tasks as needed
