Sales Representative Role
- To engage with business owners/managers/others and pitch them about Alibaba services and get them interested in buying their premium services.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Making Calls/Emails/Whatsapp
- Fulfilled daily assigned KPIs
- Making strong prospects with proper KYC and selling Alibaba services➡Up-selling/Cross-selling
- Making offline meetings with clients.
- Achieve forecasted sales goals
- Manage the sales pipeline, and source leads.
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
- Be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of Alibaba properly
- Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule-conscious, etc.) and maintain a relationship
- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
- Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions, seminars, and meetings.
- Keep communication alive with customers for renewals.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales experience (fresh with a sales mindset are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Sales management and b2b selling is a plus.
- Able to handle sales and target pressure.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Zoom, Skype, LinkedIn, Insta, etc. Can write professional emails.
