- To handle all the supply of material on daily basis.
- To handle reverse logistics from customers.
- Communication with warehouse manger regarding loading of goods & cargo issues.
- Complete documentation regarding FTL & computerized data.
- Take follow up of vehicle till the ending point and destination point of customer.
- Assigns motor vehicles and drivers for dispatch of goods to customer sites.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and important issues keys, record sheets, and credentials to drivers
- May assign helpers to drivers
- Records time of departure, destination, cargo, and expected time of return.
- May establish service or delivery routes
- Directs activities of drivers
