Operations Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, both inside and outside. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling IT issues such as PC problems and internet disruptions, as well as being able to manage office events, salaries, and office budgets. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the office, both inside and outside
Manage IT issues such as PC problems and internet disruptions
Handle office events such as meetings and office parties
Manage employee salaries and provide payroll support
Develop and manage the office budget
Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor office productivity
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Communicate with executives to ensure goals are being met
Develop and implement standard operating procedures
Handle other tasks as assigned by executives

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
3-5 years of experience in operations management and accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll software
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
