We're Hiring! – Daraz / Shopify E-Commerce Expert

High Life – Better Living, a premium furniture and wellness brand specializing in recliner sofas and iRest massage chairs, is seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Expert to manage and expand its online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Daraz Seller Center and Shopify platform, ensuring product listings are optimized, stock levels are accurate, and sales performance is continuously improved. This role requires a hands-on approach to digital sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with various teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Daraz Seller Center and Shopify website to maximize sales potential.
- Upload and maintain product listings, including pricing, stock availability, descriptions, and images.
- Enhance product titles, keywords, and SEO elements to improve online visibility and attract customers.
- Plan and execute Daraz promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and participate in mega-sale events.
- Monitor and process online orders, returns, cancellations, and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock management.
- Track sales metrics such as conversion rates and advertising effectiveness to inform strategy.
- Manage online promotions and paid advertising campaigns when necessary.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable recommendations to boost revenue.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience managing Daraz Seller Center and Shopify platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, and online sales processes.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with furniture, home décor, lifestyle products, or other high-value items is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify analytics tools.
- Experience managing product catalogs, inventory, promotions, and order fulfillment processes.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs65,000 to Rs90,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
