Global SEAD is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at our Wapda Town, Lahore office. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while developing essential professional skills. The working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 25,000 to 30,000. No prior experience is required, making it ideal for candidates eager to start their career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
- Coordinate initial HR calls and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and keep accurate records of candidate information.
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with employee documentation and orientation.
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
- Maintain employee records with strict confidentiality and data protection.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA, or a related field, either completed or currently in progress.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
- Must possess a personal laptop to support remote or on-site work requirements.
