WE'RE HIRING — JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of practical experience in graphic design who is eager to contribute creatively and work independently. The position offers a structured work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a starting salary of PKR 20,000 per month. Candidates must have a strong foundation in design principles and be proficient in industry-standard tools to help bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative graphic design concepts and execute them effectively.
- Apply a solid understanding of colors, typography, and layouts to produce visually appealing designs.
- Use software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to create and edit graphics.
- Interpret project requirements accurately and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout the design process.
- Collaborate remotely with the team while managing assigned tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
- Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals including color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Ability to work independently and understand project briefs clearly.
- Demonstrated creativity with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Fresh graduates or candidates without experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in work location.
- A probation period will be applied initially, during which performance will be evaluated. Upon successful completion, salary review and potential increase will be conducted based on individual performance.
