InfraSwift Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer to join their team in the Karachi Division. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work while focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive web applications. The successful candidate will work on both front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and high-performing. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including front-end and back-end components.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code to meet project requirements.
- Integrate third-party and internal APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed across the stack.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
- Engage in architecture discussions to influence technical direction and system design.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to support team growth.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in full-stack development with a proven track record of building robust web applications.
- Proficiency in back-end development, including API design, database management, and secure server-side logic.
- Experience with front-end technologies, including modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS for responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Karachi with remote work.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git, as well as CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on debugging, performance optimization, and security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
