The Senior Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and internal tools that support INFOTICS Academy’s training platforms and operational needs. This position involves implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring the security, performance, and scalability of applications. The role requires close collaboration with instructors and operations teams to translate training and business requirements into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities also include reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural and technology decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Korangi District, requiring active engagement with the local team and participation in the academy’s technological initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
- Build and optimize back-end services, RESTful APIs, and database interactions while ensuring application security and performance.
- Integrate third-party systems and tools to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructors and operations staff, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality software standards.
- Mentor and support junior developers to foster skill development and team growth.
- Contribute to technology strategy, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement of development workflows.
- Participate actively in on-site team activities and technology initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in full-stack development with a track record of delivering production-ready web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue) and CSS for creating responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Strong back-end development skills, including RESTful API design, database management, authentication mechanisms, and application security best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze requirements, and implement scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control systems (e.g., Git), testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to mentor less-experienced team members.
