Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including both front-end user interfaces and back-end services. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code while integrating APIs and optimizing application performance. Ensure security and scalability throughout the technology stack. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to refine requirements, conduct code reviews, and make informed technical decisions. Participate actively in architecture discussions and provide mentorship to junior team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows. Adapt to a hybrid working environment with some on-site presence in the Karachi Division and flexibility for remote work.

Required Qualifications
Strong full-stack development skills with proven experience in designing and implementing robust web applications. Proficiency in back-end development, including API creation, database management, and secure, scalable server-side logic. Expertise in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS to build responsive and accessible interfaces. Experience working effectively in hybrid environments, balancing on-site collaboration and remote productivity. Hands-on knowledge of version control systems such as Git, along with CI/CD pipelines and contemporary development workflows. Solid problem-solving abilities, debugging expertise, and a strong focus on performance optimization and security best practices. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role, including mentoring and providing technical guidance, is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
