We're hiring a remote cold caller

We are seeking a motivated outbound sales professional to engage with UK trades businesses through remote calling. The primary focus is on initiating short conversations, overcoming objections, and closing a small entry-level offer during the call. This role operates during UK business hours and offers a fixed salary with additional commission on every sale. Location is flexible, as long as you have a stable internet connection and can communicate effectively in natural spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to UK trades businesses with the goal of generating sales.
- Engage prospects in brief but meaningful conversations to introduce and close an initial offer.
- Persistently follow up and handle objections, especially when prospects initially say "not interested."
- Maintain a professional and confident tone throughout calls to build rapport with UK business owners.
- Work remotely while adhering to UK business hours to maximize contact rates and sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or cold calling, preferably with a track record of closing deals.
- Strong command of spoken English with a natural and clear communication style.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue leads.
- Reliable and stable internet connection to support remote work.
