We're Hiring: Customer Sales Representative (Custom Packaging Expert)

We are seeking Customer Representatives (CRs) with a strong understanding of the custom packaging industry to join our growing team. This full-time position is based at our office on Jamat Khana Street, 16-E, Davis Road, Lahore, and operates during evening and night shifts. The role primarily involves handling inbound sales inquiries from the US and UK markets. If you have excellent communication skills, can accurately assess customer needs, and are motivated to convert genuine inquiries into business opportunities, you will thrive in this role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and is eager to contribute to the expansion of our inbound sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally and effectively to understand their packaging requirements.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries from US and UK markets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and addressing client needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute proactively to team goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the custom packaging industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse markets.
- Ability to work evening and night shifts reliably.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Lahore office.
