We're Hiring! | Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Basic + Incentives

Strive BPO is seeking motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our international Medicare and ACA campaigns. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills who are passionate about customer interaction, sales, and career advancement. Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply. The role requires working the night shift from 6 PM to 4 AM and is based in Rawalpindi, with eligibility limited to residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers professionally and effectively, providing support related to Medicare and ACA campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Maintain a target-oriented approach to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Communicate clearly and confidently to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills through training.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and speaking skills.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and courteously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience.
