We're Hiring: Etsy Account Associate

Global Ecommerce Consultants (GEC), based in Multan, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Etsy Account Associate to manage our Etsy Print-on-Demand (POD) stores comprehensively. This role involves handling product design, creating and optimizing listings, processing orders, providing customer support, and managing advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in both design and e-commerce tools to help grow our Etsy presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Etsy listings, including crafting titles, tags, descriptions, and applying SEO best practices.
- Design product creatives, mockups, and promotional banners using Canva.
- Process orders efficiently and coordinate with POD suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage customer communications professionally, including handling messages, cases, and reviews.
- Oversee and optimize Etsy Ads campaigns to maximize reach and sales.
- Support marketing initiatives such as social media content creation and seasonal promotions.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and improve the quality of work.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with Etsy Seller Hub, including managing listings, orders, and advertising campaigns.
- Strong skills in Canva with a good eye for design aesthetics.
- Familiarity with Print-on-Demand products and platforms such as Printify and Printful.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI to streamline tasks.
- Good written English skills for clear and professional customer communication.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience using Etsy SEO tools such as eRank, EverBee, or Marmalead is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Exposure to other e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon will be considered a benefit.

Job Details
- Working hours are from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- The position is on-site at our office located in Model Town, MDA Road, near Karachi BBQ, Multan.
- Salary will be determined based on interview and trial performance, with an annual pay range of Rs360,000 to Rs480,000.
- The role includes a probation period of three months, after which a permanent position may be offered based on performance.
