We are seeking a full-time, on-site Local SEO Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing local search presence for various client businesses. This role focuses primarily on enhancing Google Business Profiles and other local listings to boost search rankings, increase traffic, and drive conversions. The Local SEO Specialist will conduct local keyword research, apply on-page and technical SEO best practices, optimize location-specific pages and citations, and monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools.

The role requires close collaboration with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO strategies align with broader digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, the specialist will prepare detailed reports and present insights and recommendations to internal teams. Staying updated with the latest local SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices is essential to continuously improve and adapt strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize local search visibility across Google Business Profiles and other local directories.
- Conduct thorough local keyword research to identify opportunities for improved rankings.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices tailored to local search.
- Optimize location pages and manage citation consistency across platforms.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to integrate SEO strategies into wider marketing efforts.
- Generate clear, actionable reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed on local SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to refine strategies continuously.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in local SEO, including keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, and on-page SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and popular keyword research platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including content marketing, social media integration, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear performance reports.
- Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with designers, developers, and content teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple local SEO projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple local SEO clients is highly advantageous.
