West Wind Farms & Resorts seeks a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts and Compliance Manager to oversee the financial operations and ensure strict internal financial control across its dual facilitiesa school and a resort. The ideal candidate manages a team of 10 professionals and is responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. This role demands proficiency in financial reporting, audit coordination, and internal audit management, along with advanced skills in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks. The position requires full-time residency and work commitment at the resort facility located near Karachi. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in guiding the finance team and ensuring rigorous internal controls while maintaining transparent and compliant financial practices. Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping for both the school and resort facilities.
Maintain strict internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits while ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
Lead and supervise a finance team of 10 staff members, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards to minimize risk and maintain legal adherence.
Implement and monitor internal audit processes to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and procedures.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.
Use advanced MS Excel functions and accounting software like QuickBooks to streamline financial data management.
Collaborate closely with management and other departments to align financial practices with organizational goals.
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Stay updated on changes in financial and regulatory standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Manage cash flow to guarantee adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Prepare financial documentation and reports required for regulatory submissions and compliance audits.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
