We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our men's fabric shop located in Shadman Market, Lahore. The primary role involves managing online customer interactions via WhatsApp, showcasing fabric options, and facilitating sales. This position requires working in a shop environment and is straightforward, ideal for someone comfortable with customer communication and sales through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with online customers through WhatsApp, responding promptly and professionally.
- Present fabric selections to customers, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Maintain a neat and organized shop environment while working.
- Work consistently for 7 days a week, with a minimum of 10 hours daily except Sundays, which require 7 to 8 hours of work.
- Adapt to a busy seasonal schedule with no off days during peak periods.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively in Urdu and handle customer inquiries online.
- Comfortable working in a physical shop setting in Shadman Market, Lahore.
- Willingness to commit to long working hours and a 7-day workweek.
- Serious and reliable attitude towards work, with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics or willingness to learn about fabric types and qualities is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in online customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
