We ar looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager / Team Manager to oversee our sales team and manage core human resource functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to drive team performance and support HR operations.

- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or team leadership, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
