We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and analyzing business needs, and translating them into effective solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that our organization operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and problems. Conduct thorough analysis to understand the current state and desired future state of the organization.
- Conduct feasibility studies: Assess the technical and financial viability of proposed solutions. Evaluate potential risks and benefits, and make recommendations based on your findings.
- Create business cases: Develop comprehensive business cases to justify proposed projects and initiatives. Clearly articulate the expected costs, benefits, and return on investment (ROI) for each recommendation.
- Perform business process analysis: Identify and document existing business processes. Analyze workflows, systems, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations.
- Facilitate requirements gathering: Organize and lead workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements. Use a variety of techniques such as interviews, surveys, and observations to gather comprehensive and accurate information.
- Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with software developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented. Provide ongoing support and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct impact analysis: Assess the potential effects of proposed changes on existing systems, processes, and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Ensure documentation is up to date and readily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Support testing and quality assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans and test cases. Validate that developed solutions meet the specified requirements and business objectives.
- .Provide ongoing support: Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions.
Requirements:
- O- level ,A Level, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of business processes and principles.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
