You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company by proactively reaching out to potential customers over the phone.
Your primary responsibilities will include building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value propositions of the products or services offered by the company. This position requires a persuasive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to provide the company's services.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads by assessing the needs and requirements of potential customers and determining the suitability of the product or service.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing relevant information.
Sales Pitch:
- Deliver compelling services and sales pitches to encourage potential customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment.
Targets and Quotas:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Job Type: Full-time 7pm TO 4am Monday To Friday
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthPlus Weekly & Monthly Commission In US Dollar
