You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event by supporting various tasks with the main focus on managing visitor registrations. Your responsibilities will include:

Visitor Registration: Register visitors through a computer-based system, collecting essential details such as name, occupation, company, email etc.
Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
On-site Assistance: Assist with small management tasks such as arranging people at the registration counter, supporting the setup and take down of event materials, and helping with various event-related activities.
General Support: Provide light office support, assist with queue management, and help where needed during the event.

Job Requirements

Basic understanding of English and clear communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and basic software usage.
Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute (WPM) with 80% accuracy.
Willingness to assist with additional tasks, including light physical work when required.
Punctuality and a professional attitude throughout the event.
