A private organization is looking for a dynamic individual to work with its current finance team for its UK based project. Must have strong communication and management skills, exceptional organizational skills, multitasking and able to work in real time scenarios to execute the tasks efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
- Payroll management
- Assist in keeping record and collaborate with UK team for all finance related queries
- Reconciliation of staff hours
- Analyze and present financial reports to the Finance Manager
- Liaising with UK clients to ensure all payment related issues are resolved in required timeframe
- Data entry in relevant software(s)
- Managing Records, Receipts and Invoices.
- Maintaining MS Excel sheets and ensuring all is correct
Key Qualification & Requirement:
- Masters or equivalent degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounts
- Must have at least 2-years’ experience of working in any organization for a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills & must be fluent in spoken/written English.
- Strong computer skills including previous experience in MS Excel spread sheets.
- Previous experience of working with UK based company will be preferred
- Experience in Sage, QuickBooks, Peachtree will be preferred.
- Willingness to work long hours if any project requires.
Working Hours:
As you are required to work with team based in UK, so we are looking for team members who are flexible with working hours. . Currently we required team member to work 8 hours (2:00pm – 10:00pm) including 1-hour lunch break.

Salary
Starting from PKR 70,000 - 80,000/-
Incentives
