Operations Support Executive

WiseBiz Solutions is looking for a dynamic individual to work with its current operations team to manage and support the online operations for its UK based Security Company project. Must have strong communication and management skills, exceptional organizational skills, multitasking and able to work in real time scenarios to execute the tasks efficiently.

Key Qualification & Requirement:

Masters or equivalent (16 years Education) in IT/Computer Science/Project Management/Business Administration

Must have at least 2-years experience of working in any organization for a similar role.

Previous experience of working with UK based Security company will be preferred.

Exceptional communication skills & fluent in spoken/written English.

Strong computer skills including previous experience in MS Excel spread sheets.

Must be used to dealing with fast paced and highly reactive situations.

Must have strong attention to maintain staff rosters.

Working Hours:

As you are required to work with the team based in UK, so we are looking for team members who are flexible with working hours for day/night shifts. Currently, we require team members to work 12 hours including 1-hour lunch break five days a week.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with security officers in UK to confirm correct site assignments and working hours.
Develop and manage detailed security officer rosters and shift schedules to maintain optimal coverage.
Respond promptly to emergency situations by coordinating urgent cover and reallocating shifts as necessary.
Collaborate closely with the UK-based operations team for operational support and maintenance of database systems.
Liaise with UK clients to address and resolve operational issues within established time frames.
Perform accurate data entry into scheduling software and maintain up-to-date and error-free MS Excel records.
Demonstrate flexibility by working extended hours or night shifts when project demands require.
Maintain high levels of attention to detail in staff rostering and data management activities.
Handle fast-paced, reactive scenarios with composure and efficiency to ensure uninterrupted security services.
Support cross-functional communication between on-site personnel and remote teams to promote effective workflow.
