1. Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s clientele through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.
3. Customer relations – the Community Manager is often responsible for customer support – answering questions however they come in. The customer will also need to be directly manage company's social media clients.
4. Excellent communication skills – The candidate must hold superior English writing and speaking skills, with a proven background in writing content.
