We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our IT services agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing full-scale sales and lead generation strategies, targeting leads, closing deals and training other sales reps in the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and lead generation plans to achieve business targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Develop and implement sales training programs for sales reps in the agency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and marketing materials
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements to the sales process
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong knowledge of the IT services industry and market trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train sales reps
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
