We are looking for a motivated WordPress Developer Intern to join our team full-time at our Karachi office. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in website development, focusing on building, customizing, and managing WordPress sites. The role requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10-A, Karachi. Only candidates based in Karachi will be considered, as remote applications or those from other locations will not be accepted. The starting monthly stipend is PKR 10,000, with the possibility of increasing up to PKR 20,000 based on performance and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize WordPress websites according to project specifications.
- Install and configure WordPress themes and plugins.
- Implement basic design and layout modifications to enhance website appearance.
- Identify and resolve minor website issues and bugs to maintain smooth functionality.
- Optimize website speed and overall performance.
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve site effectiveness when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- Basic knowledge of the WordPress platform and its core functionalities.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve technical abilities.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to assist with coding and development tasks.
