Role Description The WordPress Developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites and web applications in a full-time remote capacity. Daily tasks include developing custom themes and plugins, implementing front-end designs, optimizing site performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible user interfaces. The role involves integrating third-party APIs, managing databases and server-side logic as needed, and troubleshooting technical issues across staging and production environments.

The developer will collaborate with designers, project managers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable WordPress solutions and uphold best practices in security, code quality, and version control. Ongoing responsibilities include updating existing sites, performing regular maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement of development workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including responsive web design and a solid understanding of modern UI/UX practices.
