WordPress Developer

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their website design and functionality requirements, transforming these into effective, user-friendly websites. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development to ensure smooth integration and optimal website performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify website design and functionality needs.
- Design and develop the website front-end using modern technologies.
- Create and organize the overall website architecture to support scalability and usability.
- Manage back-end development tasks, including database management and server integration.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored specifically to client requirements.
- Perform performance testing to guarantee website speed, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related and technical issues promptly.
- Provide training sessions to clients on WordPress management for effective website maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain live websites to ensure continuous functionality and performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
