We are looking for a Junior WordPress Developer with 1 to 2 years of practical experience in building and maintaining websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap, and WordPress. This role primarily involves converting Figma designs into responsive websites that function smoothly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. You will work closely with our web development team to create new websites, update existing ones, troubleshoot issues, and improve site speed and overall performance. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive and user-friendly web pages.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Bootstrap for various development tasks.
- Implement Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to create editable website sections.
- Work with both custom-built WordPress themes and pre-existing themes.
- Use Elementor page builder when required.
- Identify and resolve website layout issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimize loading speeds.
- Regularly update WordPress themes and plugins and perform basic website backups.
- Collaborate effectively with designers and team members to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience working with the Bootstrap framework.
- Solid understanding of WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
- Basic experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
- Ability to convert Figma designs into fully responsive web pages.
- Familiarity with Elementor page builder.
- Basic knowledge of website speed optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with custom WordPress themes.
- Knowledge of custom post types and WordPress functions.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Basic understanding of website SEO and performance testing.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
