Juggernaut Commerce, a leading digital marketing and lead generation agency located in DHA Phase VIII, Karachi, is looking to hire a skilled WordPress Developer. The company specializes in SEO, PPC advertising, marketplace account management, and pay-per-lead generation, providing innovative solutions to help businesses succeed in a competitive digital landscape. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of professional experience and be proficient in both front-end and back-end WordPress development. This role requires ensuring websites are high-performing, secure, and seamlessly integrated with various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites according to project specifications. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to customize themes and templates that align with client needs. Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices to enhance user experience and search engine rankings. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress and Shopify sites, including themes and plugins. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure error-free, user-friendly websites. Stay current with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Assist in gathering project requirements and offer technical recommendations to improve outcomes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as designers, content creators, and marketers to ensure smooth website development and integration. Provide accurate time and effort estimates for development tasks and consistently meet project deadlines. Implement and maintain robust website security measures to protect against vulnerabilities. Monitor website performance regularly and perform backups to safeguard data. Set up Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager for effective conversion tracking and analytics.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience as a WordPress Developer is essential. Strong proficiency in WordPress and Shopify development, including the ability to create custom themes and plugins. Solid knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and query languages to build and maintain dynamic websites. Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization to ensure websites function well across devices. Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques to improve visibility and performance. Familiarity with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility guidelines to deliver inclusive web experiences. Experience integrating email marketing software, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel for marketing and analytics purposes. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable work.

Position Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, with a preference for candidates residing near DHA Phase VIII. Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. The offered salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month. The role requires working at the company’s premises, providing an opportunity to engage directly with a dynamic team.
