We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our development team and help create and maintain websites for a diverse international clientele. This role requires close collaboration with designers, SEO experts, project managers, and clients to deliver responsive, fast, and user-friendly websites that align with project goals and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites tailored to client needs. Build responsive websites from designs or specifications, ensuring optimal performance and usability. Customize WordPress themes and plugins, and create custom functionalities when required. Utilize popular page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, and Gutenberg effectively. Convert Figma or PSD designs into fully responsive WordPress websites. Develop and customize WooCommerce-based online stores. Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, forms, payment gateways, and other services seamlessly. Troubleshoot WordPress errors, bugs, plugin conflicts, and performance issues promptly. Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, security, and SEO best practices. Ensure cross-device compatibility including desktop, tablet, and mobile. Perform regular website updates, backups, migrations, and ongoing maintenance. Implement basic technical SEO on WordPress sites. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in WordPress development is essential. Strong proficiency with the WordPress CMS and its ecosystem is required. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is necessary. Experience with MySQL and database management is expected. Proven ability to customize WordPress themes and plugins is a must. Extensive hands-on experience with the Elementor page builder is required. Experience in WooCommerce development and customization is important. Ability to convert Figma or PSD designs into responsive websites is essential. Understanding of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals is necessary. Familiarity with WordPress security standards and best practices is expected. Skilled in troubleshooting WordPress technical issues efficiently. Working knowledge of cPanel, hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and website migrations is required. A good grasp of responsive web design principles is important. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects are essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Custom Post Types, Elementor Pro, REST APIs, API integrations, custom plugins and themes, Git version control, Cloudflare, and advanced WordPress security and optimization techniques will be advantageous.
