WordPress Developer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive WordPress Developer to join our team as a full-time onsite employee. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites tailored to meet client requirements. You will work closely with designers, SEO specialists, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality, responsive, and performance-driven websites that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on client specifications. Build and tailor WordPress themes, templates, pages, and layouts using page builders like Elementor and Gutenberg. Install, configure, and manage plugins and integrations to enhance site functionality. Customize website features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Optimize website speed, security, and overall user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress core, plugins, themes, and compatibility. Implement interactive features such as forms, booking systems, payment gateways, and contact systems. Perform routine maintenance including updates, backups, and migrations. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRM systems, analytics, and marketing platforms as required. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain clear documentation of website configurations, customizations, and technical changes.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development is essential. Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and customization techniques is required. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL is necessary. Experience working with Elementor or other WordPress page builders is expected. A solid understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility is important. Familiarity with website speed optimization, SEO best practices, and security measures is required. Experience managing website migrations, backups, domain/DNS configurations, and hosting environments is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment is critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and webhooks is a plus. The position offers a competitive market-based salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 per month. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
