WordPress Developer

We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team on a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites while engaging directly with clients to understand their project needs. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings to gather and fully understand project requirements.
- Communicate technical concepts, website functionalities, and potential solutions to clients in a clear and accessible manner.
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes and plugins.
- Work closely with the internal team to implement client requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Provide technical recommendations and insights tailored to each project’s specific needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in WordPress development, including expertise with themes, plugins, and page builders such as Elementor.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently manage client interactions.
- Ability to accurately translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Comfortable attending client meetings and discussing technical solutions in a professional manner.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Immediate availability to join is preferred to meet project deadlines.
- This position is onsite, located at Nazimabad Block 1.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging between Rs40,000 and Rs45,000.

Candidates will be evaluated on their hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and Elementor, as well as their ability to work night shifts and overall years of WordPress development experience. This is an in-person role requiring dedication to the specified night shift hours.
