Softenica Technologies is seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join their team and play a key role in building and maintaining both new and existing WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of WordPress architecture and be skilled at translating UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-quality websites. This position calls for a proactive individual who can independently troubleshoot issues, perform routine website maintenance, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop WordPress websites by accurately implementing UI/UX designs to deliver visually appealing and functional results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging and ongoing website maintenance.
- Customize WooCommerce and its add-ons to align with specific business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and propose optimal solutions within the WordPress framework.
- Modify and extend plugin functionality as necessary to enhance website features.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
- Minimum of 6 months experience specifically in WordPress customization.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and core structure.
- Proficient in WooCommerce and related add-ons.
- Solid skills in HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot, debug, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Good eye for design to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX layouts.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with other website platforms such as Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace is advantageous.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
