We are seeking a talented Shopify/WordPress Developer with a minimum of two years of practical experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining eCommerce and WordPress websites using Shopify and WordPress platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of web development best practices, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs.
- Extend and tailor WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs.
- Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading times and seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and third-party integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress and Shopify development.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and fix bugs and usability issues.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and developers to meet deadlines.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Shopify and WordPress development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Experience working with Shopify Liquid templating language and WordPress themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
