Wordpress Developer Position

WayTech Solutions is seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing and customizing WordPress websites, with a strong focus on creating responsive designs and integrating various plugins. This role involves working on US-based projects, ensuring websites are optimized for speed, security, and user experience. The position requires collaboration with design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, engaging websites featuring smooth on-scroll animations. This is a full-time, in-person role with shift timings from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites tailored to client needs.
- Build custom themes, templates, and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Implement engaging websites with smooth on-scroll animations and transitions.
- Optimize website speed, security, and overall performance for a seamless user experience.
- Manage hosting environments, domains, and execute website migrations efficiently.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs to extend website capabilities.
- Ensure all websites are fully responsive and user-friendly across various devices.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
- Proven experience working on US-based projects, demonstrating an understanding of international client requirements.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for front-end and back-end development.
- Strong expertise in WordPress and Elementor page builder.
- Skilled in creating on-scroll animations and smooth transitions to enhance user engagement.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and fix issues.
- Hands-on experience with hosting platforms, cPanel management, and website migrations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques for website speed optimization.
- Ability to develop responsive, high-quality websites that perform well across devices.
- Strong communication skills coupled with effective time-management capabilities.

This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with Saturdays and Sundays off. The role requires in-person attendance at the company’s office.
