We are looking for talented WordPress Developers to join our team in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidates will possess strong skills in both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience in customizing themes and plugins. Attention to detail is essential, as the role involves ensuring websites are secure, responsive, and optimized for speed and SEO. This position requires a professional who can deliver high-quality, scalable websites while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to project specifications.
- Design and implement new features to improve user experience and functionality.
- Customize themes and plugins to meet unique client requirements.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, and responsiveness across all devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues or bugs promptly to maintain smooth operation.
- Optimize site speed, SEO, and scalability to enhance overall website effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver polished projects.
- Manage regular website updates, backups, and deployments to ensure site integrity and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of back-end development using PHP and MySQL.
- Experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with popular page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure mobile-friendly websites.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Between 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development, depending on the candidate’s expertise.
- Competitive salary range from Rs40,000 to Rs90,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
