WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist (On-Page + Local SEO)

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist to join our team in an onsite capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our website while driving organic growth through effective on-page and local SEO strategies. This role requires close collaboration with our team on a daily basis to ensure optimal website performance and search engine visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to meet business needs and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance to improve overall website efficiency and user engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO optimizations, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, manage sitemaps, redirects, and indexing issues.
- Manage Google Business Profile and local citations, ensuring Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP) consistency across platforms.
- Track website rankings and traffic using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO software.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with WordPress and SEO.
- Strong expertise in on-page SEO and local SEO best practices.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS to support website customization and troubleshooting.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Solid understanding of Google Business Profile management and factors influencing local search rankings.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. This is an in-person role requiring daily attendance at the office to facilitate close teamwork and communication.
