Duties & Responsibilities


  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members



  • Developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures



  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained



  • Setting budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses



  • Planning, scheduling and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions



  • Support top management with their admin and finance requirements



  • End-to-end management of tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary



  • Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement



  • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company



  • Research and analyze financial reports and market trends



  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports



  • Establish and maintain admin and financial policies and procedures for the company



  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation


 


Education & Experience

 



  • Master’s degree in business administration, management, finance or related field



  • Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred



  • Strong knowledge of FBR operations & other taxation authorities



  • Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills



  • Understanding of data privacy standards



  • Understanding of business principles and practices



  • Superior attention to detail



  • Organizational skills; planning skills, research skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills



  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills



  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and online tools



  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines



  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures



  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service



  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
