HR Specialist

We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Executive to lead our human resources operations in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring
Draft job descriptions, offers, and contracts
Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee exits
Organize engagement activities and maintain HR records
Support policy development and organizational strategies
Proactively source top talent via headhunting and networking

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business
2–3 years' HR experience in the call center/BPO industry
Strong English communication (written & spoken)
Skilled in interviews, cold calling, multitasking
Professional, discreet, and adaptive in a dynamic environment
