We are seeking a International Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, timesheet calculations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management and be proficient in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
Maintain accurate records of employee information, including salary changes, benefits, and deductions.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary changes to payroll processes.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll processing.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems.
Generate payroll-related reports for management and external auditors.
Participate in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Note : Timings: 5 pm till 2 am (Night Shift)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
