Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at Work Together, you will play a crucial role in supporting the architectural design and project development processes. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with architectural drafting, creating detailed construction documentation, and contributing to 3D modeling efforts. You will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to translate concepts into accurate digital representations while ensuring adherence to sustainable design principles and regulatory compliance. In this role, you collaborate with project teams to coordinate various phases of design development and contribute to material specification and project coordination activities. You are expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to commute to Bahria Town Phase 08 is essential. While you do not manage a team, your ability to contribute effectively to group efforts and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders is vital for the successful delivery of architectural projects.
Responsibilities

Create and revise architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using BIM and CAD software to support project design and development.
Develop detailed construction documentation that meets industry standards and project requirements.
Assist in producing 3D models and visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design coherence and compliance with regulatory codes.
Incorporate sustainable design principles into architectural solutions to enhance environmental performance.
Conduct material research and specification to support design decisions and project execution.
Coordinate project activities by managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
Support the design development process by preparing sketches, concept drawings, and presentation materials.
Review and interpret design instructions and regulatory guidelines to maintain project compliance.
Participate in site visits and inspections when necessary to understand construction progress and resolve design queries.
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure version control of drawings and associated materials.
Continuously enhance professional knowledge through training, workshops, and industry research.
