Junior Architect

Work Together is seeking a Junior Architect with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our innovative architectural team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong architectural design and drafting skills, coupled with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. This role requires a good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details, with the ability to coordinate effectively with both the design and construction teams. While this position does not involve managing a team, collaboration and clear communication are essential for success. The Junior Architect will contribute to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs while supporting the development and execution of architectural projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects and other professionals, enhancing skills and gaining valuable experience in the field of architecture.
Responsibilities

Develop and prepare architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp to support project designs.
Assist senior architects in designing building layouts, ensuring adherence to client specifications and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the design and construction teams to coordinate project requirements and facilitate smooth workflow.
Review architectural drawings and construction details to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent.
Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for client meetings and project reviews.
Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and verify that work aligns with design specifications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, materials, and construction methods to contribute fresh ideas.
Communicate effectively within the project team to resolve design challenges and improve project outcomes.
Assist in complying with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements throughout the design process.
