Workforce Analyst

We are seeking a Workforce Analyst based in Lahore to address a critical question: how much human capacity is needed, where it should be allocated, what it costs, and what value it delivers.

This role goes beyond traditional workforce management. With hundreds of Product Experts supporting customers daily, their time represents one of our largest investments. Instead of simply maintaining this investment, you will design the models and systems that clarify capacity decisions. You will explore unanswered questions such as forecasting demand for new launches, understanding the true value of handle time, and determining where human effort should be focused as AI takes on more tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the demand forecasting process by modeling how customer contact fluctuates with growth, launches, promotions, and seasonal trends, providing leadership with proactive insights.
- Translate demand forecasts into capacity strategies, defining the number of people needed, required skills, channel allocation, costs, and service levels.
- Develop the people-side model by analyzing hiring, ramp-up, tenure, performance, and attrition to identify levers that accelerate new hire productivity and improve retention.
- Collaborate with developers and AI teams to embed forecasts, rules, and signals into our in-house workforce platform, turning analysis into actionable systems.
- Uncover hidden insights in data, such as unseen demand, wasted capacity, or misleading metrics.
- Experiment with new operating models, channel mixes, and staffing strategies while working closely with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams in Pakistan and the US, representing the workforce perspective in key operational decisions.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or a data-driven role where your analysis influenced real business decisions.
- Strong skills in forecasting and statistics, including understanding trends, seasonality, and uncertainty, with the ability to critically assess data quality.
- Genuine curiosity about people as well as numbers, with an interest in what drives employee retention, growth, and performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A builder’s mindset, preferring to automate repetitive reports rather than manually update them.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from initial inquiry through to final decision-making.
